Periodically, you may purchase an item that has already been sold through another sales channel or “in person” at our Boutique Sale Room.  It usually takes 24 hours for our inventory to update.  In that instance, you will be immediately refunded.

These pieces are a part of our "Twice Loved" Collection, meaning it's been "pre-loved" by us. This collection includes items whose condition ranges from new with tags (NWT) to gently worn condition. Any visible flaws will be listed in the description or shown in the video.  These may need to be cleaned before use or have some piling removed.
