"Baptist Helles" is based on the beer style that was brewed in the Alte Freyung at the beginning of the 20th century, when our great-grandfather Joseph Göller ran the brewery together with Mrs. Margarete and brother Baptist Baptist was responsible for agriculture in the Alte Freyung. Baptist's "rogue" and his passion for sheep's head are handed down to this day.

Please carefully follow the instructions for the perfect pour:
1. Chill for two days at fridge temperature before serving.2. To serve, pull out the tap on the handle the full length. To pour turn the tap to the left. To close the tap, turn it back to the right.
3. When the beer stops flowing, open the top vent, then close it after pouring.
4. Once opened consume within three days.
